1. About the Journal

The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Studies (IJMRS) is an open-access, peer-reviewed international journal that welcomes high-quality research across all academic disciplines. The journal adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines and is supported by an internationally recognized editorial board.

IJMRS operates under the Creative Commons International License, allowing free reading, downloading, sharing, and use of published articles with proper citation to the original authors.


2. Manuscript Submission

Authors may submit all types of scholarly articles, including:

Manuscripts can be submitted directly through the journal’s official submission system or via email to the editorial office.


3. Article Processing Fee (APF)

  • The standard Article Processing Fee (APF) is USD $150.

  • This fee is charged only after acceptance of the manuscript.

  • There are no submission charges, no processing fees, and no review fees.

  • The APF covers:

    • DOI registration

    • Journal maintenance and server costs

    • Editorial and production services

    • Paid indexing and quality-enhancement processes


4. Open Access & Licensing

All published articles are openly accessible under a Creative Commons International License.
Readers may freely read, download, distribute, and reuse content with proper acknowledgment and citation of the original authors.


5. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

5.1 Structure of the Manuscript

A typical manuscript should include:

  1. Title

  2. Author(s) Name and Affiliation(s)

  3. Abstract (150–250 words)

  4. Keywords (4–6 keywords)

  5. Introduction

  6. Methodology / Materials & Methods

  7. Results and Discussion

  8. Conclusion

  9. Acknowledgment (optional)

  10. Conflict of Interest Statement

  11. References (APA / MLA / Chicago acceptable)

5.2 Formatting

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

  • Figures and tables must be clear, numbered, and captioned properly.


6. Ethical Standards

IJMRS strictly follows COPE ethical guidelines. Authors must ensure:

  • Originality of work (no plagiarism)

  • Proper citation of sources

  • No simultaneous submission to other journals

  • Ethical approval for studies involving humans/animals

  • Disclosure of any conflicts of interest

Plagiarism or unethical practices may lead to rejection.


7. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

  • Reviewers evaluate the manuscript’s originality, relevance, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field.

  • Decisions include: Accept, Accept with Minor Revisions, Revise & Resubmit, or Reject.


8. Copyright Policy

Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting IJMRS permission to publish under the Creative Commons license.
All works must be cited appropriately when reused.


9. Indexing & Archiving

IJMRS works continuously to maintain and expand indexing in international academic databases. Paid indexings and quality-maintenance services are supported by the APF.
